Background
|
The MLQ30 leadership tests are based on a competency
model (the Management and Leadership Competency
Framework) that measures 6 broad competency areas
covering 30 transformational and transactional
competencies.

What the test measures
|
The MLQ30n leadership test provides a
state-of-the-art assessment of an individual's
management and leadership skills, style and level.
The normative version has 30 scales measuring
management and leadership competencies and two
scales measuring impression management and
self-deception.

Reliability and validity
|
The MLQ30n is designed to meet the test review
criteria of the
European Federation
of Psychologists' Associations (EFPA). The reliability
and validity indicators will be described in the user's manual
to be published in the second half of 2010.

Norms
|
Norms are based on a large international comparison
group of managers and professionals who have taken
the test. The composition of the group is
described in the user's manual.

What the report covers
|
The feedback report
covers your overall leadership competence, your
leadership style, and your strengths and weaknesses
based on your scores on the 30 management and
leadership
competency scales. The report also provides learning
and development suggestions linked to your
questionnaire responses and current management
level.
