The 360 degree feedback version of the MLQ30
provides a picture of the participant's strengths and weaknesses based on the
participant's
self -assessment and assessments by bosses, peers, and
subordinates. The participant and the rater both complete a
short form covering the 30 management and leadership
competencies in the Management and Leadership Competency
Framework.
